Welcome. My friends. And to today's episode. We're not talking about waiting for the right moment, the perfect plan or waiting for things to line up because those moments don't even exist. Today, we're talking about something. Most people never understand. And it's the power of pre decision. The decision you make long before the evidence shows up long before the outcome is guaranteed. So here's the truth. Most people wait for something to happen before they make a decision. They wait until the signs are perfect. The path is clear or the world gives them permission to move, but not, you. Your here, because your done waiting. I'm done waiting. Your here because you know, deep down. That real transformation, real power starts. The second that you decide. Pre decision isn't about seeing the path ahead. It's about stepping into the bold declaration. Before there's any proof. Before the world says, yes, it's possible. You've already claimed it. So here's what no one wants to admit. Most people are addicted to good enough. Or mediocrity, as I like to say, It's safe. It's comfortable. It doesn't rattle any cages. But it's also the thing that will keep you locked in mediocrity forever. You know what I'm talking about? You've been there. You might be there right now. You've climbed. The ladder hit all the external marks of success and still feel something pulling you toward more. This isn't about making incremental changes. This is about burning the bridge to good enough and stepping into what's next. Something. So audacious, it shakes you to your core and it all starts with the pre decision to leave that comfort behind. I was talking, um, with a client recently. About this very thing. And I asked her cause she had just visited, um, a retirement home. And I said, how many of those people that you spoke to. Got excited to tell you about how they. We're comfortable for, you know, X amount of years in their life. And she said, none of them. And I'm like, what did they talk about? And she said, the challenges that they overcame, I'm like, that's exactly it. We. Avoid challenge in our life because we think it should be easy. But I don't know where we got that idea because it never has been meant to be easy. And we don't have a story to tell what am I going to tell my kids? Yeah. You know, From the time I left the corporate world, when I was forget how old I was, 55, let's say, um, for the next 25 years, I just sat on the couch and binge Netflix. Like. There you go. No. We want to tell stories of what we overcame, the challenges that we overcame. And persevered and how we won. At whatever we were trying to achieve. Right. But most people make the mistake of waiting for the future to show up before they act. They think when I have this, then I'll do that. But that's a losing game. You're not going to wait for the future to happen to you. You're going to become the future right now. And I don't mean this idealized version of perfection that we all like to cling onto in order. Um, to have an excuse, not to. Be responsible for any results today? Not that kind of future you. The kind of future that you can see and you are obsessed with that's the future. That's the vision that is going to keep you moving in the moment now. And keep you choosing action over comfort. Like you already know who you're becoming. And you're not even becoming this person. You are re. Um, claiming her re finding her within you. Because every single one of us was already born with that version of her that we're trying to get to. And it's about chipping away at all the crap that we have accumulated up until whatever age we are. I was this many days old when I realized right. It's about chipping away. All of that shit. That's not her. You know who your becoming. It's the version of yourself that makes decisions from a place of boldness leadership. And Stoppable confidence. The one who's not waiting for permission or validation. Today, your aligning with her. Your aligning with your future self now, so that every move you make is building toward that vision. And once you've made that pre-decision everything shifts. The momentum begins and it's not because the world suddenly opens up. It's because you stopped giving a damn about waiting for permission. You start moving from the vision and the world has no choice, but to fall in line. That's the power of pre decision. It sets the stage for everything that comes next. No more waiting for guarantees.
